VRCNext example plugins

Built bundles of the example plugins from vrcnext-plugin-system, published so they can be installed from the Plugins tab by pasting this repository's URL.

Sources live in the plugin-system repository; this repository only carries vrcnext-plugins.json and the dist/ output of ./scripts/build.sh.
